Business Services/Administration Partner (One Year Contract)

The Position

Major Accountabilities

Accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of business administration, local procurement process and key support systems

Act as the first point of contact for administration queries to internal staff and be the central support function to the business

Assist with internal and external event planning, implementation and support

Business partnering to provide support services and solve pain points

Leverage digital solutions and connect with other affiliates to explore opportunities to continuously improve processes and provide better customer experiences.

Help with on-boarding and exit procedures of staff

Ad-hoc support to business partners and office related activities

Provide recommendations to improve processes and workflow

Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Management / Business Administration, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Excellent communicator in English and Cantonese

Experience with managing events is favourable but not necessary
