Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.

At least 5 years relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions with 2 years at managerial level in sizeable companies.

Hands on experience in managing performance management tools is a plus.

Well-versed in HK labour law and knowledge in PRC labour law is a plus.

Exposure in HK & China taxation and ISO is a major plus.

Able to think outside the box and open minded to new concepts.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.

Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Occasional travel to PRC is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle recruitment, interviewing and identifying staff for relevant position;
  • Responsible for staff relation and counselling;
  • Managing staff attendance and leave management;
  • Staff policies reinforcement and enhancement;
  • Review and further develop HR structures and policies to support company’s strategic business plans.

    To ensure all HR processes are delivered effectively and highly committed to provide quality, cost effective, and professional service.

    Actively design and promote strong corporate culture both internally and externally.

    Responsible for all projects given by or to support other business units / departments.

    Continuously prepare, create, and re-define job descriptions for all positions.
