Support and supervise all aspects of the front desk office to ensure efficient and effective operation of our clubhouse
Handle all member complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Liaison with membership department in strategy planning and organizing various functions and activities of our club members
Ensure all subordinates in member services are familiar with their tasks
Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
5 - 6 years relevant work experience with 3 years supervisory level, preferably with club or hospitality experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills (Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Chines Word Processing)
Less experience will be considered as Officer - Member Services
