Assistant Manager


  • Responsiblefor the MI function in the department
  • Proactivelyliaise with stakeholders to conduct report specifications, providerecommendations from the perspective of business on what would best serve thedepartment / business
  • Transformdata into meaningful and easy to understand presentation for end users(insightful xxx)
  • Analyzeand improve existing reports and solutions to internal and external customerrequirements
  • Interrogatea variety of data sources to produce high quality management information
  • Maintaina detailed knowledge of business systems to ensure the effective utilization oflocal databases, reporting any anomalies with the integrity of the managementinformation
  • Reportautomation and dashboard creation
  • Can-doattitude, with entrepreneurship, can work under pressure, deliver withintimeline.
  • Qualifications

  • DegreeHolder in MIS, Information Technology or relevant with 5 years’ relevantworking experience
  • Substantialexperience in data and information management (business intelligence)
  • Relationaldatabases and tools e.g. SQL, Oracle, CRM and Financial databases
  • Behighly proficient in the use of Access, Excel and Crystal Reports withdemonstrable understanding of advance Microsoft Office tools (e.
  • g. VBA, arrayformulas, SQL, Tableau, data import / export etc.)

  • Excellentanalyst / developer skills and the ability to gather requirements, developreporting and manage through to delivery
  • Theability to develop dashboards combining multiple views of data
  • Candidatewith less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, MI and Reporting
