Company Overview

Our client, a Japanese Shosya is now looking for suitable candidates as the following

Job Description

  • Follow-up sales orders
  • Liaise with Japanese HQ by email and phone
  • Handle inquiries from clients and Japanese HQ
  • Prepare invoice and other related sales documents
  • Contact external parties (e.g. factories and logistics companies)
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Good command of Japanese, Mandarin and English.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • 2-3 years working experience as a Sales Assistant or Shipping Clerk is preferred
  • Cheerful, outgoing, self-motivated
  • Willing to work in small office ( 2ppl+this position)
  • Mon-Fri 9 : 00 18 : 00

    Transportation, Medical, DP,

    Annual Leave : 5 days / 1st, Max : 15 days
