The Logistics Administrator is responsible to support the daily operation including order planning & scheduling and export distribution out of the Regional Distribution Centre in HK in a timely.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Masions for order processing.
KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Key result area 1 :
Responsible for logistics scheduling & planning of outbound deliveries, perform daily order process and prioritize orders in SAP
Key result area 2 :
Perform and monitor the outbound delivery process with Warehouse. Closely monitor the volume of outbound deliveries and assign warehouse order.
Key result area 3 :
Compile to outbound shipment schedule based on business needs and to ensure all necessary export certificates / permits are accurate.
Key result area 4 :
Support ad-hoc tasks and continuous improving projects.
Proceed Outbound Delivery in a timely manner
Performance accuracy on handling Master Data Maintenance
Performance accuracy on shipping document preparation and import / export declaration
Always comply with the Company standard operational system / procedure, trade compliance directives and the trade regulations.
JOB PROFILE (FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
Post-secondary or above level
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Logistics and Shipping field.
Good in Excel and knowledge of SAP is a bonus
Logical thinking, able to work under pressure and independently, good interpersonal skill, good time management and problem solving skill.
Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English, Mandarin is an advantage.
