Senior Customer Service Executive (Business Customer Hotline - Online Service)
Responsibilities :
Provide support on different projects of the client and coordinate with various BUs to facilitate the overall process of respective Contact Centre related projects Handle customers’ inbound enquiries via telephone and reply emails correspondence
Support Service to Sales Channel and work closely with Face to Face Team.
Gather different requirements from the stakeholders and Insurance Partner and translate them into detailed requirements documentation and functional specification for evaluation and approval
Give recommendations on service and operations procedures improvement as well as assist in smoothing the implementation of new policy or changes to the team
Consolidate and analyses raw data to prepare statistical reports and project support materials for management review
Acquire the relevant skills and knowledge and performance feedback to management regularly
Assist to execute ad-hoc staff engagement projects when required; eg. Post sales call and retention program.
Undertake administrative and other duties such as scheduling, daily operations and reporting; and
Able to work on shift
Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
IIQE I, II & III
At least 6 years or above relevant working experience in customer service industry which includes 1 year supervisory experience in project administration and management
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Positive thinker with excellent customer service attitude, and an ability to listen, analyses and come up with solutions
Knowledge in CRM systems and good computer literacy including MS Office Applications (MS Excel, Word), Chinese Word Processing; and
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
