We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Messaging Specialist .

Principal responsibilities

  • The Digital Messaging specialist is responsible for crafting and deploying targeted messages to HSBC customers in Hong Kong, across Personal Internet Banking, Mobile and Public Website platforms.
  • The role requires experience and expertise in developing messaging strategies based on business briefs, execution mastery, a decent level of copy writing ability, excellent communication skills to ensure clarity in a world of complexity.
  • You must flawlessly deliver projects across multiple digital channels and risk management.
  • You cannot be afraid of marketing tools such as analytics software but training will be provided as well.
  • You must enjoy working cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders across geographies and product lines.
  • The specialist is responsible for building partnerships, managing relationships to information gather and organize.
  • You will support process optimization, identify operational inefficiences and propose tactical solutions.
  • The specialist tracks deliveries, resources, and performance and reporting according to pre-defined templates.
  • Requirements

  • We don't expect all of the below, but experience in any number will give you a great platform for this team.
  • Project management expert, who can systematically improve our processes and reduce inefficiencies and cost.
  • Digital analytics champion who can build dashboards, deep dive into data to discover insights.
  • AB testing and performance optimization expertise
  • Outbound delivery expertise in channels such as email or SMS.
  • Content strategy
  • Consumer insights and user journey mapping
