Job description :

  • Reporting to the Corporate Travel General Manager
  • In charge of the regional / national business development and implementation of the company's APAC strategy in support of the strategic vision & value proposition that the company delivers to the TMC market in APAC.
  • Directly managing the sales and customer manager teams in Hong Kong or cover APAC.
  • Drive sales & profitability through our network utilizing best practice channel management programs, processes, incentives, performance metrics and contracts.
  • Support the growth of the company's TMC customers and provide necessary customer services.
  • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead the strategic sales process.
  • Direct accountability to manage, drive, support and co-ordinate all bids.
  • Liaise with account relationship managers to identify opportunities for engagement of non-aligned accounts.
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline, as well as report on activity as required and contribute to APAC team.
  • Develop winning strategies and utilize value based selling philosophies.
  • Acquire profitable business.
  • Develop and deliver an innovative value proposition.
  • Ensure aggressive sales targets are attained.
  • Continue to develop new acquisitions channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business partners such as airlines, hotels, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum five years'experience in corporate sales or account management with a sound track record.
  • Experience dealing with senior level executives across the APAC market.
  • Understanding of and experience in TMC is preferred but not critical.
  • Results driven, experience in managing aggressive targets.
  • Experience in selling in multiple markets in APAC will be highly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence others.
  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to potentially diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
