We are currently looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

About This Role

  • Manage the entire product development and order execution processes with vendors, customers, and internal parties to meet KPI
  • Build a strong local and regional vendor network to support business growth
  • Establish vendor strategies, product costing / placement, manage vendor relationships and production oversight to optimize performance
  • Responsible for ensuring products meet established standards for safety and quality in alignment with customer sourcing objectives
  • Build strong working relationship with customers
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Develops, mentors, and trains team, providing appropriate direction and environment needed for success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • You might be a good fit if you have

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 7 years or above experience in merchandising industry for Toys products, candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Merchandise Manager
  • Familiar with US toys market and product compliance requirement is a must
  • Exposure to sourcing and production of multiple toys products and possesses different material knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with overseas customers and vendors are essential
  • Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
