Be the Strategic driving force of Appnovation’s Partnership program in the APAC and Greater China region.
Help shape the Global Partnership Program at Appnovation
Focus on how do I make this client successful? this will require creative discussions at strategic / partner level and the ability to come up with well-considered customer solutions with Appnovation teams on a client-by-client basis
Help Lead technological and digital transformation initiatives at customers alongside our partners at a strategic level
Identify and grow relationships with our partners to drive revenue both ways across the channel
Have the Ability to support and influence the number for APAC and take responsibility for shaping the revenue and the partner / sales / service strategy to meet our 2023 aspirational growth targets
Work with Appnovation teams to sell and develop new services, geography and global accounts alongside our partners
Demonstrate tangible value to the customer business drivers and key performance indicators, based upon elements of competitive advantage, strategic positioning, shared goals & risks.
Identify new growth opportunities alongside our partners in the APAC Region.
Work with our partners alongside our Global and Regional Marketing teams to create and deliver strategic partner marketing programs
WHO YOU ARE :
First and foremost, high calibre partnerships and solution selling professional, equally services savvy and has a background in high-level strategic growth
Experience with leading technologies and / or platforms such as Google Cloud, Looker, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent, Acquia / Drupal, Atalssian, Adobe Salesforce, Contentful, and commerce providers like VTEX, Big Commerce, etc.
Background shaping APAC services / sales with a solid understanding of the Greater China market
Globally experienced to grow and develop business outside APAC (EMEA and AMER)
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) is essential
Intelligent, hungry and creative Partnerships and Sales professional comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic working environment
Client services and a solution selling background
Thrives with autonomy and motivated to take ownership
Can-do attitude and won’t hesitate to carry out fearless Business Development where necessary
Ability to foresee and plan for every communication with clients or potential clients
Ability to articulate professionalism as required for a project or client and to communicate the credibility and gravity of a situation through a discussion
Hungry and driven to succeed no objections to putting in hard and diligent work where necessary to drive the required performance to hit growth ambitions
