  • Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding website & mobile APP
  • Provide hotline and customer service support for internal users
  • Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
  • Perform website & mobile APP maintenance tasks
  • Liaise with users and vendors on requirements and resources
  • The Successful Candidate

  • High diploma or above in Information System or Business related discipline
  • 2 years’ work experience in IT or Ecommerce
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill
  • Enjoy a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
