The role with us As a Senior Business Process Lead, you provide high-level business support to the Intl Service Design & Ops team and their broader stakeholders.

To translate business strategy and outcomes into a clear, well defined and measurable roadmap. Then to deliver to the roadmap through clear and measurable actions.

With Business Process Management and Process Architecture experience, thriving on analysing and identifying trends and excel at distilling complex information.

You use data analysis and problem-solving techniques to initiate incremental improvements and solutions that drive digitalisation and automation across business processes.

Your awareness of best practice and data-driven decision-making skills are critical to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities : Assisting the Head of Service Design & Ops to design and implement the Business Process Management function to enable International to achieve its T25 business outcomes as well as play a leading role in managing activities to support the International legal separation, your key responsibilities are : Works with International, ServeCo and InfraCo to define processes, accountabilities and success measures across the value chain Lead various programs to support BPM, operating model and legal separation activities Work with Insights team to create reports / dashboards to monitor success of ops model Design new Business Process Management framework (Process Governance and Process Architecture) Process Governance : Drive process maturity through game plan prioritisation, performance management as well as tight control and approval frameworks to support efficient decision making Process Architecture : International process experts with end-to-end oversight, working with all teams to design, improve and embed process solutions across the broader business Work with business owners to embed the governance framework, ensuring regular attendance and quality outcomes across all governance levels.

Program manage multiple programs across Delivery, Service Management, Assurance About you : To be successful in this role, you’ll bring skills and experience in : Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or MBA Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy or a related field Experience in supporting all relevant project phases, such as strategy, design and implementation Goal oriented with ability to set clear goals and timeline for achievable results Developing models and plans to drive the execution of the business strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance.

Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to impact and influence to maximise business value Collaborative, proactive and passionate for change / transformation with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
