A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects related to Securities, Settlement, Commercial Banking, AML, Credit Card, e-Banking & Mobile Banking.
Responsibilities :
Lead, drive and partner with the business lines to roll out different projects to cope with business needs
Resolve project issues, and timely escalate to supervisors and / or relevant stakeholders for effective issue resolution
Manage stakeholders, IT counterparts, vendors / consultants to ensure proper communication took place and their respective output quality
Support and provide advice in feasibility study / solution sourcing, and manage large or complex projects
Advise and review user requirements to ensure it is aligned with the original objective
Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant technology and solutions in best effort
Ensure transparency and report progress of projects the Department Head and relevant stakeholders
Promote project management excellence and practice through leading by example
Support Department Head / Division Head in ad hoc assignments
Requirements :
Degree holder with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry / consulting firms, including 3 years at supervisory level
Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills
Solid experience in handling system development life cycle
Good knowledge in Fintech, Loan and Deposit products / systems under banking environment
Proven experience in supporting the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant domains
Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Team Head position
