Digital Advertising Executive

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Guiding customers through training and onboarding for GMP (Google Marketing Platform).
  • Acting as a first responder and solution provider for GMP technical enquiries and issues from customers and, as such, make sure your response and communication and all the information provided are of high-quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for roadmaps, product updates, and best practices.
  • Working alongside the Customer Success Manager in building and maintaining business relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions.
  • Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in digital marketing, customer service / support or a technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing with knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced & multinational environment and with a distributed team.
  • A good team player as well as a people person .
  • Excellent presentation skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
