The Role
You will be responsible for :
Guiding customers through training and onboarding for GMP (Google Marketing Platform).
Acting as a first responder and solution provider for GMP technical enquiries and issues from customers and, as such, make sure your response and communication and all the information provided are of high-quality standards.
Developing and maintaining documentation for roadmaps, product updates, and best practices.
Working alongside the Customer Success Manager in building and maintaining business relationships with existing clients.
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
1-2 years of work experience, preferably in digital marketing, customer service / support or a technical support environment.
Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is highly preferred.
Experience in technical writing with knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced & multinational environment and with a distributed team.
A good team player as well as a people person .
Excellent presentation skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
