  • Job Description

  • Perform IT helpdesk function in providing on-going support to end users and network troubleshooting
  • Perform installation and configuration of PCs hardware and software
  • Monitor system health and handle ad-hoc incidence
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or above in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of helpdesk or IT technical support experience in financial institutions is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneous requests and issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
