Assistant Actuarial Manager


Financial reporting and business forecasting of New Business Value (NBV). Review, analyse and manage key drivers in the results and communicate to management and to AXA Group.


  • Produce NBV for regular financial reporting to management and to AXA Group timely, influence management on making business decisions through the financial results and other related analyses such as analysis of change, cashflow projections, etc.
  • Perform forecasts on NBV and other new-business metrics for Strategic Plan and Business Plan to drive business value.
  • Support modelling team to implement new methodology, assumptions and modelling developments on both deterministic and stochastic models.
  • Collaborate with other actuarial functions, risk management, investment, business units and other stakeholders on ad-hoc projects.
  • Coordinate with various parties to ensure timely delivery with quality
  • Coach and develop the junior team members.

  • Qualifiedor nearly qualified actuary of a recognized actuarial body
  • 5or more years of relevant actuarial experience
  • Strongtechnical skills, knowledge on stochastic and Prophet model preferred

  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Goodcommand of both written and spoken English
