Head of e-Channel Design, Technical Planning and Design
Responsibilities :
To assist Head of Technical Planning & Design to formulate system technical architecture of e-channel in the Bank to complement the Bank's overall strategic goals and mission
To gather requirement from business units to support the technical design of eChannel solution
To work with business units to explore e-channel solutions in the market and leading the RFP process for solution selection
To work with Digital Banking Application teams to study the technical aspect of the solution and formulate plan for the solution delivery
Timely reports to department head for all matter of importance and escalate any exception which deviated from the defined track of agreed schedule and objectives
Ensure all works are complied with the Bank's policy, all regulatory requirements, and seek advice from department head whenever necessary
Carry out ad hoc assignments pertinent to the divisional and departmental objectives
Requirements :
Degree holder of Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking & finance industry
Good technical technology skill sets in IT technical architecture especially in the eChannel side
Good understanding and solid experience on IT products and market especially in eChannel side
Excellent communication skills and excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Effective interpersonal skills, hardworking, energetically to deliver results, self-motivated, committed team player, can work independently and under pressure
