The Company

Our client is a reputable Chinese conglomerate, with a strong presence in the Hedge Fund Market. The role will require someone who has excellent communications in English and Mandarin, as daily communication using both languages in required.

Supporting three Directors / Senior Managers, this role will require support on business travel, calendar management, minutes, some translation work and other ad-hoc administrative matters.

The Role

Provide a high level of administrative support :

  • Extensive meeting arrangements, co-ordination and planning, challenging and complicated travel schedules and itineraries co-ordination
  • Managing calendars and daily routine
  • Handling team travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Completing assignments accurately, confidentially, within the required deadlines and conducting appropriate follow-up
  • Produce and collate documents including presentations for internal and client meetings, correspondence, reports
  • Organize and manage key internal and external events for senior management and leadership and draft meeting minutes
  • Liaising with both internal and external clients in order to track all relevant information
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent English and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Administrative assistant or Personal Assistant role, preferably in Finance Industry
  • Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach and positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management, ability and willingness to multitask
  • Adaptable to different situations and be able to work in teams
