  • Manage online digital direct sales channel
  • Drive Online Performance, Lead Campaign Strategy & Execution, and customer acquisition
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead nurturing, new customer acquisition, and existing customer cross sell / up selling
  • Manage email marketing / database marketing / CRM program to drive multi-touch point customer engagement program to drives sales
  • Manage acquisition related website content and SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, working closely with our UI / UX lead
  • Drive promotion strategy and development, including management of relevant content, operations, and processes
  • Measure and report on overall campaign performance and ROI, working closely with our analytics lead
  • Leverage market insights, customer data, and an agile test & learn approach to drive continuous campaign optimization
  • Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders to meet campaign objectives and deliver results

  • Bachelor degree in eCommerce, marketing, digital, business, or related fields
  • 10+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, in house or agency
  • Best with finance services experience with understanding in regulatory requirements (e.g. Insurance Authority, Direct Marketing, Data Protection, etc)
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with good attention to details
  • Experience with campaign related data management and process design
  • Proven results / ROI in executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal / external stakeholders
  • Strategic and creative mindset, able to bring new ideas onto the table
