Assistant Manager (HK Statutory Reporting)

  • Perform actuarial valuation under HK statutory basis under the current as well as future HK RBC and regular financial reporting tasks to provide accurate results and meaningful conclusions;
  • Perform financial projection and financial analyses to support the business units in making business decisions;
  • Streamline the current workflow of financial reporting process;
  • Provide support on upcoming RBC and ORSA preparation;
  • Perform tasks related to the dividend strategy of the company;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Actuarial Science or equivalent;
  • 4 to 7 years in Actuarial Science / Mathematics / Statistics Major.
  • Essential Professional / technical Competencies

  • Qualified actuary, FSA or equivalent;
  • Strong insurance / actuarial knowledge;
  • High level of proficiency in actuarial modeling software;
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA;
  • Good command of English.

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work across multiple disciplines.
