  • We are looking for someone with :

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in distribution of wealth product or have strong experience in managing direct sales teams.
  • A strong understanding of insurance sales culture
  • Good knowledge on ILP and investment products
  • Relevant experience in managing and administration of sales incentive schemes
  • Familiar with salesforce productvitiy metrics and reporting
  • Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Regional experience an advantage
  • On the job you will :

  • Based on the captive distribution strategy, and an indepth understanding of the insurance wealth product landscape, develop the wealth proposition for Manulife customers and build roadmaps across markets to deliver the proposition
  • Work with local business managers to track, measure and enhance productivity of direct sales / licensed advisors.Identify gaps in salesforce s capabilities in generating consistent sales and design remedial action plans accordingly.
  • Be an advocate to our life company affiliates in presenting new ideas for the offering of wealth products and sharing market and product insights that help shape offerings that our wealth product teams could support with our life colleagues
  • Provide insights and support in embedding the iFUNDS platform in the sales process for both mutual funds and ILP
  • Work with the head of RWD in Asia in sales forecast, plan regional sales rallies.
  • Ensure Alpha priorities are well understood by key stakeholders and are aligned across key functions such as IT and Ops.
