Responsibilities
To handle all types of legal matters and give legal advice, manage a range of legal work, including drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting contract negotiation processes with our customers and suppliers.
Monitor development in laws, regulations and on-going compliance issues in the transport, postal and e-commerce market that may impact business.
What do you bring?
You will be responsible for handling all types of legal matters for Spring Asia and giving legal advice.
Handle a range of legal work, including drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting contract negotiation processes with our customers and suppliers.
Work closely with the Dutch Head Office Legal Team to assess complex cross border solutions taking into account local laws and regulations.
Monitor development in laws, regulations and on-going compliance issues in the transport, postal and e-commerce market that may impact the Spring Asia business.
Be responsible for the data privacy in Asia region.
To provide support on topics like data protection, competition law etc.
Handle dispute and litigation.
