Support the team on events operation / logistics and administration including Business Matching / CEN / CTN support, talks, exhibitions, conferences,etc.
Assist with administrative, technical & professional work related to the evens / programmes including ensuring compliance with the appropriate guidelines, policies and internal approval controls
To liaise with external consultants / contractors / vendors as well as internal department to ensure the responsible programme implementation to meet the event timeline with quality deliverables
Handle application, enquiries and reporting of Cyberport Accelerator Support Programme
Prepare all purchasing requests and expense claims for programmes expenditure for ensuring compliance with the appropriated guidelines, polices and approved internal controls
To update reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Bachalor degree on business management, marketing, communications, public relations or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years experience of relevant experience in marketing or event management, preferrably gained in sizable / MNC companies
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing.

The position is on a 1-year term contract
