Reporting to

Marketing Manager, Company Formation

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy to increase the profile of the Company Formation (CF) business both internally and externally and drive client engagement and generate leads
  • Support the creation and rolling out of CF thought leadership campaign with business stakeholders, ensure successful delivery of the campaign from pre-launch, launch and follow-up
  • Support and deliver various CF marketing campaigns by identifying the target audience, eDM assembling, generate post-campaign metrics report
  • Lead and support SME team on running internal trainings and external client webinars, logistics running and report on metrics
  • Maintain good working relationship with CF key stakeholders and provide assistance on marketing deliverables. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with colleagues in Group Brand, Communications, and Digital;
  • draft internal and client communications, Insights and social media posts to support the campaigns

  • Stay on top of group marketing brand refresh updates (brand guidelines, tone of voice, processes) and apply new standard across CF marketing deliverables
  • Post campaign analysis, set up metrics report / deck
  • Support research campaigns / competitor analysis
  • Create marketing collateral, managing design, print and production, including working with external agencies
  • Create, track and monitor inbound and outbound email campaigns, using marketing automation platform and to ensure optimal results
  • Coordinate event logistics for sponsorships, meetings, speaking engagements, seminars / conferences, tradeshows, webinars and other off-site activities.
  • Develop an understanding of the business and strategic objectives for the division
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the key products and services provided by the division
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Industry business landscapes including sector insights, regulatory changes and emerging trends
  • Support the maintenance of the business intranet site, including the update and maintenance
  • Produce suitable, accurate and well-presented PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents where required.
  • Support Marketing Manager, Company Formations on any ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a global team based in multiple time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills collaborating effectively with a wide variety of colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
  • Problem-solving, an ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
  • Relevant Experience

  • Minimum two to three years’ working experience in marketing or event management
  • Good knowledge of MS office suite of products
  • Chinese word processing skills would be beneficial
  • Experience with social media platforms is helpful
  • Memberships

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
  • Languages

  • Professional proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese
  • Fluency in additional languages would be a further asset, e.g. Mandarin
