You will focus on the Quant & Feeds business, which is one of five sub-propositions under the Investment and Advisory (I&A) business unit.
This is a regional role and will work with the global proposition team and the local SAM team to drive the last mile execution and contribution to gross sales.
Effecting translation of the strategy provided by the I&A Proposition Sales Director, the Q&F Proposition Sales Director will ensure the right focus is driven across campaigns aligned to their proposition by working with a team of Proposition Sales within each of the 6 markets in Asia Pacific.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with vision who advocates and articulates strategy into regional financial market communities including customers, industry associations and regulators through meetings and as a speaker at conferences.

Index Solutions, including custom index and passive management
Tactical Ownership of SAM Strategy and Execution :
Interlock with Regional Proposition Director and global Proposition team to own and drive the proposition strategy that will impact gross sales performance in Asia Pacific.
Lead the dotted line reporting of Proposition Sales, leading monthly Proposition Sales community meetings (existing rhythm).
Partner to define global proposition priorities by providing deep regional market and customer insight.
Share case studies and replicate deals across markets to maintain a hunter mentality within the Sales team.
Providing domain expertise by mentoring sub-proposition specialism to Proposition Sales team
Driving and tracking learning / certification aligned to this sub-proposition.
Drive execution of sales campaigns across the region through the Proposition Sales team
Drive last mile execution of regional sales strategy around customer types and workflows.
Cross-functional alignment and communication around customer agenda.
Plan and assess readiness of new product launches and product sunsets / migrations.
Provide deal support for strategic and / or complex deals.
Acting as the standard of domain and product knowledge for Q&F sub-proposition in Asia Pacific.
Qualifications and Experience Required
University degree, industry qualification e.g. ACI Diploma / CFA / ISMA, post graduate in Business would be a plus
5+ years of proven experience within the Buy-side and Sell-side communities
Ability to translate market trends into business plans and execution of these plans
Build and Maintain senior and strategic client and industry relationships
Demonstrate strong leadership skills including influencing at a high level and lead teams and partners to achieve a common objective
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
Languages required should support your regional business
Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills
Experience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing management
