Digital & E-commerce Manager Description RESPONSIBILITIES Lead e-Commerce business strategies with 3rd party service providers to optimize revenue, fulfillment, planning and logistics for the cross-

border e-Commerce web store with full P&L responsibilities and responsible for the delivery of the financial results against the 3YP.

Develop annual plan for sales and profit targets, campaign strategy, assortment and promotion support with detailed execution plans to ensure successful implementation Coordinate with respective international cross-

functional teams providing daily operations support including : Logistics handling Inventory management, including development of product line list, pricing, and promotional / marketing plans to deliver the financial results Customer service training Authorisation and management of payments Inputs into the commercial reporting.

  • Content and marketing support (including translations) Authorising asset design and creation Authorising and approving changes to the details on the website Analyze customer profile, marketing data, market conditions and competitor information, as well as recommending appropriate action to achieve the sales and profit targets Manage all online strategic efforts with international marketing and digital team and digital agencies to align on global initiatives to increase brand awareness in China;

    Commerce set-up & management and digital marketing ideally in field of health & beauty or consumer products. Familiar with various China social media channels (such as Weibo, Wechat, Taobao, baidu etc.

    Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and associated activities including SEO and experience of optimising activities to drive performance Ability to compile and analyze complex data and metrics and make decisions to optimise business performance Able to cope with fast-
