Own particular product categories, driving business performance and brand building goals through launch / re-promote campaigns

Propose and align with line manager to develop campaigns based on global / regional directions, local consumer insights, barriers to address and market landscape analysis

Set objectives and formulate holistic strategies incorporating dynamic perspectives : product communication angles, category ambition, CRM reach optimization, new customer acquisition, online & social tactics, media strategies, retail marketing tactics, in-

store VM communication & customer engagement events, consultant engagement, etc

Propose creative content development according to local relevant trends and consumer behaviors, as to create UGC & WOM impact at digital channels

Proactively align marketing teammates and other functions in campaign vision, strategy formation and execution excellence at every touch points to achieve business goals and launch KPIs

Marketing teammates : line manager, digital, retail marketing and VM

Other functions : Sales, Education, PR

Track and evaluate the performance of respective categories : regular product category review and focus campaign deep-dive in weekly basis.

Analyze result and proactive contribution to bring learning / insights for improvement

Support in developing product and samples forecast usage plan to in line with brand strategies and budget; monthly monitoring on consumption and inventory with the assistance of Marketing Service team to ensure healthy stock flow and achieve forecast accuracy KPIs

Support in preparing agency brief for marketing programs

Work closely and follow through with agencies and vendors for day to day execution

Monitor & prepare competitive analysis reports

Support in providing reports requested by regional & global team

Support in formulating detailed execution plan, follow through, monitor closely and feedback to line manager for timely review and fine-tune


University graduate in Marketing or equivalent

3-4 years of relevant experience retail / cosmetics industry, experience in leading campaigns will definitely be advantage

Strategic, driven, passionate and agile

  • Strong co-ordination, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • High awareness of millennial and digital trends, experience in UGC development will definitely be advantage

    Attention to details & execution excellence

    Proven fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese
