Provides support to the Private Bank Hong Kong and Private Bank Singapore booking centres in delivering high quality client service to customer base.
Provides support on processes associated with client transactions including new account openings, general account maintenance, customer account changes and account closings.
Provides support for processes associated with tax regulatory initiatives including Qualified Intermediary, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standard.
Complete the daily works, project and assignments within the schedule and deadlines.
Achieve compliance with all Group Standards, Global Private Bank and local business procedure and guidelines
Ensure all client records are maintained , adhering to required standards for record keeping and data protection
Achieve compliance for client tax reporting programs for all account holders
Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests.
Prompt and appropriate action taken to address feedbacks and complaints from the Relationship Managers and customer on account maintenance and servicing issues.
Provide operational support for client tax reporting programs including Qualified Intermediary, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standard and Tax Transparency
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Build and maintain positive and productive working relationship within the team
Diploma or degree holder preferably with working experiences in Account Opening service, Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering related roles.
Knowledge of regulatory and documentation requirements of various types of account opening.
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
Good problem solving and time management skills
A good team player with drive for success and achievement
IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
