The Bedbank business unit is leading Hotelbeds Group charge to reshape travel. It contracts, connects and efficiently distributes a differentiated portfolio of +100,000 hotels to leading travel trade industry partners including online travel agencies (OTAs), retail agencies, tour operators and airlines.
Our main Bedbank brands include Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, Hotelopia, Travel Partner Brasil, Room & Go, JBS and Easymarket.This position sits within our Bedbank unit.

Responsible for ensuring product visibility on RTM's (Root to Market), developing the existing commercial agreements & ensuring that product appear on sale at the correct price, time & positioning, with the objective of optimizing sales at all times.
Main Responsibilities :
Understand, analyze and identify Trends and Opportunities from Region’s Trading Report, Destination News, and happenings, including the extraction from our statistic database of KPIs(Key Performance Indicator)
Manage availability reports ensuring inventory levels are consistently maintained from a last minute to long term booking perspective.
Gain, train & maintain hotels using SWs (Supplier Website).
Analyze competitor benchmarking through price comparisons : pricing / inventory analysis, reviewing international and local competitors both B2B & B2C.
General support to direct manager : Reginal Contracting Manager, Senior Yield Manager.
Ensure product placement & supplier positioning over RTM by maintenance of key products, Top Sales positioning, Special Offer etc
Optimization of commercial campaigns, sending offers to RTM’s and Tour Operators in coordination with contractors : last minute, package & offer bulletins.
Negotiate offer base on market trend and conduct channel reviews to ensure products are appearing correctly using product positioning and adding special ICONS according with the promotion and make sure that products alien with market, also prepare special flyers & automatically flyers.
Maintain a perfect relationship with the internal and external departments : Revenue Managers, CRC, Sales, Contracting, OSC, RTM’s etc
Represent the interests of the company on Face to Face Negotiations, Work-shops, Seminars, Travel Trade shows and Site Inspections.
Follow up in RTMs, after OSC team has put the contract on sales in the system and ensure that all product contracted is bookable on line (on sale), detecting any possible mistakes from contract loading.
Monitor Contents already loaded (fact sheet, photos & descriptions) of all portfolio in destinations in charge.
Negotiate with hotels for any problems related to contract loading or offers to avoid disputes.

Demonstrated ability to drive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize.
Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem solving skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills face to face, over email or phone.
Strong computer applications skills (Microsoft Word, excel).
Excellent general cultural knowledge, & good academic background desired degree preferred in any subject.
Excellent English both written and oral essential, and other Asia Pacific languages is a plus.
