Our Opportunity Finance team is working closely with business units to provide relevant and timely financial data, whilst providing guidance on improving reporting and related processes.

It requires timely preparation of materially accurate consolidated financial information for both internal and external reporting purposes.

  • Supervise on processing of payments submitted to Expenses Controlling which includes checking supporting documents, posting, cheque printing and arrangement for cheque signing & HSBCnet payment
  • Manage posting of payment, receipt and general journals and ensure accuracy of input
  • Responsible for expense report preparation (for actual and plan) and perform expense allocation process
  • Responsible for Inter-company reconciliation
  • Monitor expense accrual and prepare expense analysis report
  • Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified CPA
  • Familiar with SAP is preferable
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A good team player and pay attention to details
