Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Client Service .

Principal responsibilities

  • Delivers Hong Kong Global Trade and Receivables Finance Client Service strategy and operating model, aligned with the Global Trade and Receivables Finance Client Service target operating model
  • Contribute to achieving the overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of Global Trade and Receivables Finance service performance and increased clients usage of self serve solutions Handle, own and resolve clients transactional queries, issues and complaints
  • Coordinate with Transaction Services staff, Business Development Managers and other internal or external staff for service performance and issues Provide transactional trade advisory to assigned clients, Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers, and provide input to account planning
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in Global Trade and Receivables Finance products or processes is essential
  • A passion for serving clients and managing people
  • Solid experience in providing services to Global Trade and Receivables Finance clients
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills Strong multitasking and problem solving skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
