We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Claim Services Support .

Principal Responsibilities

  • Performs different types of claims support including but not limited to medical report registration / mailing / APS letter preparation / medical report filing, etc.
  • Assists Team Leader, Claims to participate in various ad hoc projects assigned
  • Regular contact with medical service providers to ensure their good quality of performance
  • Provides claims service and support to distribution channels, branches and internal departments concerning claims area
  • Implements relevant claims processes and procedures in comply with regulatory requirements
  • Assists in development, maintenance and enhancement of workflow system, L / 400 system including the user acceptance test, arranging implementation, etc.
  • Gives feedback on claims process, procedures in order to improve efficiency and quality of claims operation
  • Requirements

  • University graduate preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in life claim services support services
  • Independent and strong job commitment
  • Knowledge in PC applications of software including Words, Excel and PowerPoint preferable
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
