Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
Maintain front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house areas in accordance with the policies and standards
Initiate and assist in effective communication within the Catering Support Services Department as well as inter-department communication with Engineering and Food & Beverage Departments
Provide training, direction and assessment for each team member
Ensure all equipment to be in good working condition at all times
Monitor inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment according to the established guidelines
Assume other duties as assigned by Catering Support Services Manager from time to time
With 5 years relevant experience in hotels or catering establishments
At least 2 years in supervisory position
Strong leadership skills and training skills
Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards
With experience in handling various systems including procurement, rostering and casual labor requisition systems and well versed in computer skills
With experience in execution of HACCP standard
