Summary
For regional Fixed Income (FX, Rates & Securities) Back-Office acting as Capital Markets Back Office (CMB) platform for the Asian entities (HK, SG, China, Japan )
Manage staff to perform the processing of all the transactions of the Bank, from their origination by the Front Offices to their accounting in its ledger
Manage staff to participate in the control chain on transactions and data to ensure the compliance with the regulations and the management of the operational risks
Manage staff ( 30) to support the Business Lines and the Support Functions in their different developments projects, by adapting the organization and the operating modes to answer to their needs
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3 Back Office teams (Confirmation, Payment and Securities BO) to ensure that the daily capital markets transactions are processed and settled and delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Pay attention to potential operational risk and work on the preventive measures.
Introduce new measures to automate work processes and in response to market changes.
Work towards a zero operation error environment.
Engages in direct customer contact to ensure quality and timely services in transactions processing and inquiries are provided.
Recommend on resource allocation to achieve operation efficiency, participate to recruitment and all Human Capital actions for CMB.
Maintain high level of co-ordination between regional back offices.
Consolidate regional info like operation statistics and incidences for management report and review
Participate to global, regional and local projects such as new information systems, new activities development, innovative solutions etc

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
University graduate or equivalent
Level of minimal experience
Experience
Minimum 15 years’ experience in Capital Markets Operations, especially in Fixed Income Foreign eXchange (FX), Money Market (MM) and Securities (Bonds)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management
