Supervise and guide the subordinates to ensure smoothrunning of the section
Maintain high quality customer service standards and goodoperational control to prevent any complaints and losses
Support project development and assist the section managerto plan resources to cope with launch of new products / services and peak hours
Make recommendations on modification of procedures andapplication of technology to enhance operational efficiency and control
Handle daily operations, daily reporting and administrativematters
Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth deliveryof services for key accounts
Handle customer enquiries, provide customer services, andoffer operational solution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Liaise with service providers
At least 3 year’s relevant working experience
Experience of banking operations and practices
Experience of people management
Good in both written and spoken English
Knowledge of banking operations
Excellent PC knowledge
Excellent presentation skills
