  • Supervise and guide the subordinates to ensure smoothrunning of the section
  • Maintain high quality customer service standards and goodoperational control to prevent any complaints and losses
  • Support project development and assist the section managerto plan resources to cope with launch of new products / services and peak hours
  • Make recommendations on modification of procedures andapplication of technology to enhance operational efficiency and control
  • Handle daily operations, daily reporting and administrativematters
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth deliveryof services for key accounts
  • Handle customer enquiries, provide customer services, andoffer operational solution to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • At least 3 year’s relevant working experience
  • Experience of banking operations and practices
  • Experience of people management
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of banking operations
  • Excellent PC knowledge
  • Excellent presentation skills
