Our client is a global leader in the industry with branches and services covering all major cities in the world.
Involve in the full cycle of enhancement projects of SAP HCM system, from system requirement analysis to user trainings
Participate in the development and management of HR Business Intelligence Tool, including but not limited to data transformation / extraction, dashboard building, models development, etc.
Work closely with IT team on technical, software and hardware requirements to fulfil the implementation and on-going maintenance needs
Assist in designing testing scripts and coordinating the UAT process as well as review and modify user specification and training materials
Manage the documentation of data structure to ensure the data accuracy and consistency of various systems
Provide support to build various useful queries for HR reports
Requirement : :
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, I.T. or related discipline
5+ years solid experience in SAP HCM project experience and relevant data analysis
Excellent in MS Excel and Qlikview
Excellent project management, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Ability to travel occasionally
