The English and Examinations Strategic Business Unit (E&E) is one of three strategic business units in the British Council (the others being Arts and Education & Society) all of which have the remit to build trust for the people of the UK by building relationships through aspects of our language and culture.
E&E achieves this by enabling people across the world to access the life-changing education and work opportunities that are created by learning English or gaining valuable UK qualifications
This is an interesting role for those who are looking to embark on a career with us; you will be leading Exams business improvement and transformation projects in Hong Kong.
You will also be responsible for successful execution of key improvement and change projects that contribute to efficient and effective capacity, compliance, risk and cost management, test day delivery expected to meet excellent operations and service delivery standards.

To be able to qualify for this position, it will be preferred that you possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant in any discipline, it will be required that you have experience planning and delivery in a fast-
paced operational environment at a management level and experience in managing small teams, demonstrating management potential or delivering change and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded.
It will also be advantageous that you bring along experience of leading on roll out of new systems and operations or customer services management.
