Monitor KPI (MOS, trend, salesmix, PSI, allocation split ) for profitable, balanced persistent growth
Contribute to the proposal of a creative, modern, and innovative offer in the Travel Retail Asia network, in response to the evolution of our customers.
Organize the Product Offer of Travel Retail Asia Pacific
Structuring within each area a product offer approach
Diffuse this competence within the commercial areas (training, method, best practices)
Be the main contact for commercial aspects of customer service
Master the life cycle of the products
Promote the sell-through of the Fashion Métiers and optimize the stock turnover of other Métiers (transfers, and in coordination with the implementation of incentives);
Seasonal sell-through reporting and analysis for the region.
Monitor the supply flows with the Customers’ Service in France.
Coordinate delivery priorities according to sales trend and budget plan
Manage novelty launch in collaboration with the Métiers and the markets.
Ensure best-sellers availability in store and define selection of PSI for each boutique
Provide qualitative feedbacks and trend for short term and PIC forecast.
Monitor aging stocks twice a year, following the Group procedure
Define the markets’ priorities
Develop with the Asia Travel Retail Director and the area managers their product offer strategy by country,
Monthly reporting and analysis of the Travel Retail Asia activity per store and Métier.
Support concessionaires and subsidiaries in the preparation of their Open to Buy budgets (OTB) in line with their strategy, preparation of OTB tool;
provide recommendation to buyers before each buying session. Assist buyers and area manager and ensuring a coherent selection during buying sessions.
Distribute quotas and push offers to contribute to the development of each market,
Manage the evolution of product mix, permanent stocks, exceptional pieces, and landing stocks.
In accordance with the Visual Merchandising guidelines, collaborate closely for a better anticipation with the person in charge

Contribute to the development of Travel Retail Asia Pacific, its mature and emerging markets, through the Product Offer

Business sense combined with service minded with good interpersonal skills
Analytical and Reliable in data
Excellent organization skills
Proficient in information systems and Microsoft Office, particularly mastering Excel, Hermes system experience is a big plus
Fluent English, French is a plus
