As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business and Reinsurance Analyst, System Development .

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering of business requirements, prepare user requirements, and review of functional specifications for new individual life products
  • Prepare of test plan, conduct user acceptance tests of related functions for new individual life products, and to contribute to the test reports and documentation
  • Work with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Products, Finance, etc) to manage insurance system for enhancement / upgrade, support in-
  • force production fixes and assist in subsequent implementation

  • Support the calculation and settlement of reinsurance premiums and claims
  • Communicate the results with external reinsurance partners
  • Prepare management information reports and analysis for in-force management
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Insurance or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of PC application software such as MS Office and Excel
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
