Our client is a global reputable retail group with strong business presence globally. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee their recruitment function in Hong Kong.
Job duties :
Report to HR Director, act as an internal recruiter to provide HR consultative service in talent acquisition
Responsible for full recruitment cycle of managerial / executive level corporate positions and provide substantial advice to team lead and senior management
Manage both online and offline recruitment solutions in employer branding and engagement
Partner with business leaders, HR business partners and global TA team to understand, develop and implement business-driven talent acquisition initiatives and projects
Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding, learning & development and related area
Job requirements :
Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
At least 10 years of solid recruitment experience with executive search experience
Strong interpersonal and communications skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
Process superb presentation, communications, project management and multi-senior stakeholders management skills
Ready to take on challenges and deal with ambiguity and tight timeline with high level of independence
Great team player with the ability to work independently
HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
Excellent command of English and Chinese
