Who we're looking for
As the Data Infrastructure Team Lead at Lalamove, you will be leading the growing team of Data DevOps Engineers to develop our data infrastructure, which is not only the backbone of data engineering and handles terabytes of data every day, but also the foundation of business analytics, reporting, and data science at Lalamove.
The data infrastructure team owns, maintains, and scales different components of our data cluster, and builds the CI / CD automation pipelines to streamline and optimize our development processes.
What you will be doing in this role :
Involve in shaping the technical direction of the data infrastructure at Lalamove
Plan, set up and manage the monitoring infrastructure
Introduce best practices, and continuously improve the processes and culture of the team
Collaborate with Core Infrastructure team, the other data engineering teams to scale our data systems to meet the rapid data growth
Facilitate technical planning and organize the team's projects
Lead by example and provide technical guidance to the team
Who you are
5+ years of relevant experience
Extensive experience with managing, monitoring and scaling Hadoop cluster on the cloud
Extensive experience with monitoring and alerting tools, such as Grafana, Zabbix, and Elasticsearch
Experience with infrastructure automation, and tools such as Ansible
Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration and production scaling is a plus
Good command of English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
