We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Senior Solution Analyst .
Assist in the design and implementation of the overall payment architecture
Develop and maintain payment related collateral including data flow charts and diagrams to assist with the ongoing operation of payment platforms
Administer payment systems including production support, and recommend modifications to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all payment operations
Coordinate with internal and external software vendors to investigate and resolve payment application issues
Reports into Product Leadership Tech Lead
Tracks and monitors Service Level Agreement and performance of production systems to ensure that product system is behaving as expected
Works with developers, testers and other product agile team members to ensure that changes are loaded into production properly
Participate in post implementation support and health checks verification of systems
Participate in production issue troubleshooting and resolution
Expertise in High Value and Low Value digital payments, ISO 20022 XML Messages such as PAIN, PACS, CAMT, ISO 8583, Clearing and Settlement
Experience in product requirement elicitation, analysis, validation, writing functional and non functional specifications and system implementation and integration
Experience in cloud native application support activities
Experience in data scripting, querying and data manipulation, SQL, Data visualization using MS Excel and Tableau, XML
Experience in working in a high pressure environment
Experience with high volume transactions
Familiarity with agile ways of working, requirement gathering
Able to support products in different stages of lifecycle, development and post production fixes
Detail oriented and familiar with ledger accounting principles and payments
