In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join the APAC Supply Chain team under Personal Health business while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips.

One of the key objective for this role is balancing supplies and demand for the CO to ensure that finished products are available in DC / RDC / WH at the time of customer orders and that integral inventory levels are in line with business objectives.

You are responsible for

  • Lead the sub-team to drive growth in the BMC on issues relate to supply and drive improvement program where required
  • Manage the weekly supply-demand planning process on at least for one major product category
  • Define & review the mid and long term supply plan to cope with business needs.
  • Advise the efficiency solution in the cases where availability of stocks get out of set control boundaries.
  • Take lead on the total process of balancing supplies and demand for Global worldwide office as well as managing the operation KPI.
  • Lead on the monthly S&OP process and make or changes with respect of the planning process.
  • Manage the Phase in, phase out process, and ensure correct master data in SAP / APO / R3.
  • Act as one of the key expert to provide support / training to supply planning community within the Asia team.
  • Represent supply chain in SEAT and Philips security audit as required.

    One of the key talent in Supply Chain Management APAC team to support Personal Health business across worldwide, he / she will direct report to Senior Manager, Supply Planning which base in Hong Kong office.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree holder or above in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics function, with supply planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) experience is highly preferred.
  • Candidate with less related experience will be considered as Assistant Manager level.
  • Strong ERP system and global planning experience prefer with good knowledge in SAP
  • Good command of Spoken & Written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skill to work with global related supply chain parties independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
