Reporting to Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for performing daily credit control and credit administration tasks and supporting daily operations functions of the department to ensure running smooth.
Facilitate the credit proposals approval, prepare and check facility letters, prepare and review of loan documents
Generate and review collateral and loan position report, follow up with marketing on the required actions of margin calls & etc.
Review exceptional approval and follow up outstanding loans to be renewed
Credit database maintenance and control, update and check the collateral and credit master information in credit system
Back up the supervision on daily investment transactions, daily operation functions, G / L entries, day to day office administration tasks
Provide support to Operations Managers on operations projects
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
Degree holder; discipline in Business or Finance is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the middle office of the banking industry
Good PC application knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong analytical mind
A good team player
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
