Responsibilities :

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources support to all departments in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidates search & screening, interview arrangement, assessment / test preparation, etc.
  • Support staff on-boarding arrangement, eg. employment contract preparation, system account creation, staff orientation, etc.
  • Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, etc.
  • Assist to formulate and implement HR policies & procedures.
  • Support in employment benefits insurance renewal
  • Responsible for planning and organizing company activities and events.
  • Act as a support in office administrative, including equipment maintenance & procurement of office supplies, document filing and memo writing.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
  • Good team player, self-initiative and able to work on multi-tasks and priorities work
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
