We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Proposition and Publicity Head, Pensions .
In this role, you will :
Provide people and business leadership to the Publicity and Customer Proposition team of the Pensions Business, including up-skilling of the team to cater for expanding business needs due to changes in the pension landscape in Hong Kong, changes in the composition of our customers, and evolvement in the ways to engage our customers.
Planning and execution of strategies in the areas of customer proposition, servicing model, especially via digital, branding and market positioning, to enable HSBC Pension business to continue to evolve and remain competitive in the Hong Kong market.
Lead, develop and implement HSBC Pensions' customer proposition strategy and revamp customer journeys to facilitate acquisition, servicing and engagement with both individual and employer customers.
Contribute to development of more integrated product and customer propositions between Pensions and other business lines.
Develop, plan and execute marketing and communication strategy, campaigns, and activities to strengthen the HSBC brand, and to support the drive for strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Pension Business.
Key contributor towards the effort in creating new digital channels, to enhance customer journeys, including acquisition, servicing and customer engagement.
Lead the effort in developing new digital tools and a new customer support model to facilitate and support customers throughout their entire retirement planning and post-retirement journey.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements :
Degree with major in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred
Solid experience in the pension, wealth management or insurance industry at a management level preferably with managing proposition or publicity work.
Strong business acumen with ability to build high level business objectives into the team's specific goals.
Excellent knowledge and experience of wealth and pension market in Hong Kong
Strategic and innovative thinking, strong analytical, organizational, cross-functional collaboration, communication and presentation skill
Strong leadership skill and ability to mobilise team members to work together towards a common goal
Good stakeholder management skill
Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment
