Main responsibility is to draft the relevant and produce Procedures Manuals, Client Notices, Management Meeting Minutes.
Assist in handling customer service hotline, email and account opening for the customers.
Any ad hoc project assigned by the Department.
University graduated with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in securities industry, experience in drafting the procedures and manuals.
SFC License Type 1 preferrable, but not a must.
Good writing skills.
Self-motivated, organized and a committed team player, good interpersonal skills.
A good team player and be able to work independently in a timely manner.
Fast learner and be able to cope with rapid changes.
Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus.
