Job Summary

Ensure change initiatives meeting the company strategies and project objectives. Manage expectation and resistance of changes.

Drive the adoption of internal operation / front-line supporting team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead change management activities by applying a structured change management process and tools

Identify internal and external customers’ expectations. Study business processes, identify improvement opportunities and gaps

Assess business impacts as well as provide assessment results and propose a target operating model / alternate solutions

Lead Business Analysts and work closely with different Subject Matter Experts to provide business requirements for system developments

Provide documentation requirements and support the design and development

Identify training needs and deliver training programs

Prepare the management reports and present the project status to the project stakeholders regularly

Job Requirements

University graduate with over 10 year experience in change management. With solid work experience in managing key change initiatives in Insurance industry is preferable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate using Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Business acumen with a customer centric mind

Solid organizational skills and able to work independently under pressure and ambiguous situation

Change management certificate is a plus
