Your New Role

Revise HR policies and procedures to align with corporate governance, regulatory body guidelines such as employment laws and ordinances

Maintain HR employee portal on staff communications, HR policies, guidelines and practices

Develop chatbot by creating staff FAQs and related resources

Coordinate and participate in UAT to ensure business requirements.

Prepare system training materials and user manual

Degree holder in Human Resources, or related disciplines

Minimum of 6 years’ HR experience with project management exposure, preferably in financial industry

Prior HRIS Transformation and Change project experience preferred
